Career
Madeleine began her legal career in 2005 at the Amsterdam office of CMS, where she initially practiced corporate finance law before specializing in international and cross-border employment and contract matters.
In 2008, she joined the Hague office of an international law, where she continued to develop her expertise in employment law until 2014. In January 2014, she co-founded Sagiure with her former colleague, building a firm grounded in strategic, partner-led legal counsel.

Madeleine was named IR Global's Member of the Year 2025, recognized for her leadership across the network's international advisor community. She co-founded the Global Mobility Committee, hosts IR Global's recurring employment and tax sessions, and has built strong cross-border partnerships across Europe and beyond. SAGIURE LEGAL has been a gold member of the network since 2018.
