Career
Rachida began her legal career in 2003 in the Amsterdam office of CMS, where she worked on major client matters with a strong emphasis on international work. During that time, she was part of the Dutch team advising the European Commission on cross-border transfers and redundancies under Directive 2001/23/EC.
In 2008, Rachida joined the Hague office of an international law firm, where she practiced until January 2014. In 2014 she co-founded Sagiure with her former colleagues, building a firm focused on strategic, partner-led advice in employment, corporate and governance law.
