Career
Madeleine began her legal career in 2005 at the Amsterdam office of CMS, where she initially practiced corporate finance law before specializing in international and cross-border employment and contract matters.
In 2008, she joined the Hague office of an international law, where she continued to develop her expertise in employment law until 2014. In January 2014, she co-founded Sagiure with her former colleague, building a firm grounded in strategic, partner-led legal counsel.
